These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://rapidreelz.in (the “Website”) and any purchase you make from Rapidreelz (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Products and pricing

  • We sell digital products (such as templates, presets, e-books, design assets and courses) and physical products, some of which are shipped directly by our fulfilment partners.
  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Product images and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them; minor variations in colour or appearance may occur.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

3. Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed only after we receive successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway (or, where cash on delivery is offered, after the order is accepted).
  • Payments are processed securely by our RBI-regulated payment gateway partner. We do not store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability or errors, with a full refund of any amount paid.

4. Digital products and licence

  • Digital products are delivered by email and in your account after payment is confirmed. Download links may have a download limit or expiry, shown on the product page.
  • Unless a product states otherwise, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files, in original or modified form.
  • Products sold with a commercial licence may be used in client or commercial work within the limits described on the product page.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery information so we can fulfil your orders.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, product files and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual-property laws.

9. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is honest and lawful, and you allow us to display it on the Website. We may moderate or remove content that breaks these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts where our business is registered.

12. Grievance redressal

If you have a complaint, contact our Grievance Officer at the contact details on our Contact page. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed; changes apply to orders placed after that date.
