How do I get my digital products?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are ready to download from your confirmation email, your order page and your account. No waiting for someone to send a link.
How long does delivery take?
We pack orders within 1 to 2 business days and ship them with tracking. Most pin codes receive them 2 to 8 business days after dispatch; remote areas and some partner-shipped products take longer, as shown on the product page. Digital products are never shipped: they are ready the moment you pay.
Which payment methods can I use?
UPI, credit and debit cards, netbanking and popular wallets, all on a secure payment page. We never see or store your card details.
Can I return or exchange an order?
Physical products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery: tell us if anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong and we will replace it or refund you. Digital products cannot be returned once downloaded, but if a file is faulty we will fix it or refund you. Our refund policy has the details.
