Prohibited Items Policy

Rapidreelz is a general marketplace: you may sell almost anything that is legal, safe and truthfully described. The items below may not be listed. We remove them, and may suspend the Seller. This list is not complete: if the law forbids or restricts selling something, you may not sell it here. Version 2026-10 dated 16 October 2026.

1. Items that are illegal or restricted by law

Narcotics, psychotropic substances and anything used to make or take them; cannabis products.
Weapons, ammunition, explosives, fireworks and anything that can be used mainly to harm people.
Counterfeit, replica or pirated goods, and goods that infringe a trademark, copyright, patent or design.
Stolen goods, and goods you are not entitled to sell.
Protected wildlife, animal parts, endangered plants, ivory, and live animals.
Human organs, blood, body parts and human remains.
Currency, lottery tickets, gambling services, and financial or investment products.
Government-issued documents, official uniforms, badges and seals, and fake identity papers.
Surveillance and hacking tools, signal jammers, and devices that illegally intercept communications.
Tobacco, vaping products, alcohol and anything else not lawfully sold online.

2. Items that are unsafe

Prescription medicines, and medicines or medical devices that need a licence.
Dietary and health products that claim to cure or treat disease, or that do not carry the labelling the law requires.
Hazardous, flammable, toxic or radioactive materials, and goods that cannot be carried safely by a normal courier.
Products that do not meet mandatory safety or quality standards in India (for example certified electrical goods, toys, helmets, and food items).
Used or expired goods that must be sold new or inside their shelf life.

3. Content and conduct we do not allow

Sexually explicit or obscene material, and anything involving children in an unsafe or sexual way.
Hate material, or material that promotes violence or terrorism.
Listings with misleading titles, photos or claims, hidden charges, or fake reviews.
Personal data, and offers to sell the data of others.
Services, and goods that are not physically delivered, unless the Platform has agreed to the category.
Listings that ask the buyer to pay or talk outside the Platform.

4. Restricted items that need our written permission

[Add categories you will allow only after approval, for example branded goods that need an authorisation letter, or items that need a licence. Write "none" if there are none.]

5. What happens if you list a prohibited item

We take the listing down and tell you why. We may also hold your payouts while we investigate, cancel and refund open orders, and suspend or close your account.
We may report illegal items to the authorities and give them the information the law requires.
